COMMENTS

We have currently moored Flounder at Viking Marina in Goole and are exploring the Aire & Calder Navigation Canal.  Just been on a weeks sail up to Leeds getting to know the boat and enjoyed mooring in the  Clarence Dock alongside the Armouries Museum.
Bought the boat from the Bolton area where she had been left out of the  water on a trailer and open to the elements, another uncompleted project.  We had to strip out everything and start from scratch with new bulkheads,  seating, windows complete refurbishment of the cockpit area and installing bunks and seating there, new canopy to get her dry, plus all the usual for the safety certificate - we chose to use the origo meths stove and would recommend it to other boaters - it got around the gas problems
